I'm not at all interested in another annoying Google Groups list..sorry. -Dave I think what we need is another hecnet list to subscribe to that has a suitable title meaning 'important hecnet stuff'. hecnet-notice at update.uu.se for example? then we can all merrily carry on ranting here and set dancing unicorns to appear when we get a notice email I for one can't believe how many emails I've had through since I started installing VMS6.1 on the 3000/8000 here a few hours ago. I've just calculated all the MODPARAMS changes for DEC Windows and am now copying the kit over from SLAVE's archive. For small files 10MB networking seems to progress at a very 'gentlemanly' pace. For large files, like this kit, it just becomes boring. On the upside I got the third highest score playing CHIMPY TETRIS. Not sure how valid that score is when running across a 9.6k link however.
