In the early days, I remember configuring the card reader for SIMH VAX, attaching it to
the COM file containing the licences from HP Hobbyist.
From the VMS prompt, I copied the card reader device to
a local file then executed it to install all of the licences.
Having said that, a copy/paste into your PUTTY window that?s running a CREATE will work on
OPA0:
