[HECnet] Area weirdness on HECnet

Area 5 is mine and my area router 5.1023 is not currently operating because I am trying to find some issues with my user mode router code. It looks like none of the area routers I've looked at actually see the area, ie: a29rt2, a1rtr, python. Needless to say that 5.* is unreachable from my point of view. FYI Keith
