My employer (Big Bank) is emphatic about what I write for them, which is understandable. There are no clauses for what I write on my own time unless I derive revenue from it, in which case I have to inform them, but they still don't own it. They actually did run Tops-20 back in the 80's, but all of that has been scattered to the Four Winds of Heaven. I don't think I know anybody there any more who would even recognize the name.
