Do you have a mapping for the SETNOD binary input file? I define the nodes using a
procedure full of SET NODE instructions, and it is really slow...
I don't even know where the binary database file went, so I've not looked at it to
know what it looks like on the inside. I don't recall it taking very long to TAKE the
input file to prepare the database.
