Y soon-to-be-resurrected 4000/90 does the same... but if I cycle quickly the power button
it begins to boot. It is probably something wrong with the PSU... that's an issue I
will investigate after I get my replacement RTC chip (which should be somewhere between
China and Europe right now... probably navigating the pirate-infested somali waters ;))
