Right. However, it is the sender - "julian at winax.org" that is the key.
This is a subscriber to HECnet, and is why the post went through. I
can't count the number of posts that do not get through. It's not that
the hecnet mailinglist address is secret. It's pretty well known address
and list. But it's kept in pretty short reins.

As I said, this has been around for some time, for example on the nanog
