Unfortunately I had no choice. The only exception is for software that I own or have been
working on since before joining them. What I have in writing is in the hands of my
lawyer (my son) just in case. My son was VERY clear with them what was acceptable and
what was not. So it goes…
I do not write software for them. I had absolutely no interest in doing that after these
discussions/negotiations!
