[HECnet] PyDECnet setup

I?ve encountered Linux ?experts? in the past who have, without even trying, convinced me that they?ve never seen a shell command line. All UI and no undies, so to speak. Of course, that then leaves the question of what to call the early PDP-11 releases. Upper Devonian? I followed the resurrection of PDP-7 based Unix at the computer museum and, for some strange reason, found the assembler based stuff of more interest than the latest Ubuntu glitz.
