I'm in the Dallas-Fort Worth areas (Fort
Worth specifically). I shut
down my MicroVAX and Alphas a couple weeks ago due to heat. Yesterday
and today marks the first break in 100+ degree days Since Aug 4th and
before that we had 21 days in a row above 100 including 6 consecutive
105+ days. Also yesterday and today we had overnight lows of 78 and
75. First time below 80 in 359 hours (14.95 days) a new record for
the area.
All temps are in Fahrenheit.
That's unbelievable. I hope all the hardware (and people)is/are ok.
Pittsburgh is nice, 74F currently, and we've got a big museum here
that's chock full of great hardware to work on. Just sayin'.. ;)
