DECnet/VAX 1.3 NCP is very different. There was a "AA-H803C-TE
DECnet-VAX System Manager's Guide" that I cannot find a PDF of in the
usual places. Is it trying to log in to itself using some account that
does not exist? UAF has nothing other than SYSTEM, FIELD, SYSTEST AND
DEFAULT.
