[HECnet] B4BBS - now non-PC ANSI terminal friendly

Erm dunno - but the BBS is running on a Windows / DOS box so I doubt it's pumping out any DEC multinational chars. All I did was change the connection command in the login script from TELNET to KERMIT (kermit does some char filtering).
