[HECnet] RSTS/E + DECNET 4.1

Could you detail exactly how you configured DECnet please? I just installed DECnet using `@[0,1]INSTAL LAY' command and answered the qusetions. After all I renamed DECNET$:NETUNS.TSK to NET.TSK to allow RSTS connect to RSX nodes. Heheh... I had missed the last step when I installed Decnet/E... now I can SET HOST from RSTS/E to RSX _AND_ VMS systems (VAX only, I have not tried it with an alpha emulator).
