Product Corrections"?
I don't think so. Sounds more like someone did a backup of a just installed/booted
system on tape...

I have stopped here, but I have got a baseline system that I should be able to SYSGEN.
The SIMH configuration I have used is quite simple:

Those are MSCP disks and tapes, visibles from RSX as MU: and DU: The emulated tape drive
is a TK50, and the disk is a RRD54.
