DATATRIEVE sounds awfully familiar. Was there a 36
bit version ofit?
I think there might have been, yes. But I have less experience on the
T20 side of layered products. The VMS version was an enhancement on the
PDP-11 version. They stayed fairly compatible for a long time, but I
think the VMS version have evolved a little in some incompatible ways
since. I seem to remember trying to use Datatrieve over DECnet from VMS
to RSX and failing...
