Even if it doesn't matter (and I would tend to agree with you there),
I'd try the patch that addresses the millisecond value in T3, anyway.
Negative milliseconds sounds like it could seriously disturb something
that wasn't prepared to swallow it...
It can't be right.

by default on Tops-10 than Tops-20 (you had to purchase monitor
sources), which we all thought was pretty enlightened as it allowed a
larger number of sites to contribute.
