[HECnet] More about the virtual console

Well, I lack the mechanics and electronics tinkering skills I'd need to build a "real" console... So don't expect anything similar to an 11/70 panel soon ;) (And at the moment it is strictly output only, but I' doing some experiments to add input via switches and buttons)
