I'm not sure whether a VAXserver 3100 model 95 is supported by Ultrix-32
4.4.
The VAXstation 4000 models 60 and 90A are supported. The -95 is a more
recent machine than the VAXstation 4000's so you might be out of luck.

OpenVMS runs fine... although I suppose I should try booting OpenVMS
from CD to be sure.
It could also mean "media check"...

PONDUS is located in Horgen, close to Zu"rich in Switzerland. It used to
be in Stockholm, but no more. Same is true for GNAT.

Yes, a known problem of the Mercator projection. The only things is, though, there is no commonly accepted projection that is both useful and shows reasonable representations of different places on the earth in a flat image. Mercator is the projection most people are accustomed to. Normally you cut it off before you really get to the poles, because it becomes a little too obvious there.
Greenland is not really larger than Africa. In fact, it is way smaller, btw... :-)

Got the same problem with MSIE 8.0 in `compatibility view' mode (native mode works fine).
I'll look what's changed after IE 7.0...

GNAT is a VAXstation-4000/90, running OpenVMS 7.3 (when I'm not playing NetBSD on it).
Fixed.
Not that many have "come and gone". More are of the "not come yet". Lots of machines have addresses, but have never been online, I think.
However, occasionally, quite a few machines are available.
I guess that Olegs map is rather manual, since a lot more machines are online right now than his map is showing.
