Actually, I would like to see something is the US and Europe. The
STRGTE:: cluster is available in the US and already has public areas in
place for such things. The best part is that you must be connected via
HECnet to even get to it!
It already has KITS$:, I will add PATCH$: this evening...

Maybe we should consider setting up an "official" repository somewhere
on HECnet with a node alias of PATCH:: or DIST::... something common
enough that we could frequently access it. If it were generic like
DIST::, we could put other files there that we've acquired and would
wish to share.
I've got some game files I could contribute to others who might not have
them.
--Marc
That was sort of the idea I had with RHESUS's public file areas, happy to use it for that if there's interest.

I ll let you know what patches I have stored on my systems for VAX/VMS and AXP/VMS.
Just before HP locked up the patch site I did rescue a few patches.
Shortly thereafter VMS support was moved to India and the quality of the patches suffered considerably. A.k.a. the learning curve I guess.
My systems have more than enough storage, the problem is the electricity bill to keep them running 24/7 and the heat they produce.

Just pick passwords that only you would know, such as a four letter
word for life itself. Or even a word that describes a truly useless

Incidentally Sampsa the cats who live in the part of the City that you
