In any case, the INFO.TXT puller is quite clever, it strips out the .BEGIN-HECNET-INFO -
.END-HECNET-INFO bits out, I figured no use for those in a help file :)

Basically, if you have a node on HECnet, just send me what you have in INFO.TXT (and/or other information about your system) and I will add them to a central HECNET.HLP file, which will be placed on RHESUS:: for your convenient downloading.
