Both. Since we're talking about legal filenames in VMS, it means that CSWS_PHP must understand them as well, or else they are just easy ways of getting around your rewrite rules.

Both. Since we're talking about legal filenames in VMS, it means that CSWS_PHP must understand them as well, or else they are just easy ways of getting around your rewrite rules.
