Hi,
I'm guessing I need compiler packages/installers/things for BASIC and
FORTRAN on RSX? Anyone have access to any suitable ones or can advise
which to use?

The BASIC+2 B2.7 tape is becoming something of a holy grail. Everyone is
looking for it, and noone has it.
V2.5, as well as F77 can be found at trailing edge, unless I misremember
things.
(You also have the V2.7 tape there, but it is corrupted.)

Mark,
You can find the F77 V5.4 compiler in [246,246] on the RSX11M+ V4.6 baseline disk image
distribution. You may also want to install DECnet which is in [137,10] on the same disk
image.
There is a very good set of instructions for several programming language installations
that use the tape images that Johnny mentioned found at:
