Ok. For all who used to connect to hecnet-1-1023.stupi.net (ANKE::),
there is now a new place to connect to: hecnet.softjar.se. The same
ports against the same peers have been setup, and people just should
repoint, and things should hopefully come up.

I realized I will also need to turn off hecnet-1-1023.stupi.net. Since I
cannot reach it from the new MIM, I otherwise face a split area 1, which
is just a broken thing. So it's going down now.
