Old timer here. I'm the guy who rewrote decwar to run again on tops-10

Anyway. I alrdy have a rsts10.1 system up on hecnet. trying to get vax8650 up running vms 4.7.

I do want to get my tops20 panda working but having alot of probelms with klh10.

Please give me some pointers on getting panda online please
